During Eastern it’s a nice Sicilian tradition to meet family and friends and have huge BBQ lunch with lots lots of talk. After lunch our friends showed us to pick wild asparagus and flowers in the beautiful Sicilian countryside. And how to make ricotto cheese from sheep milk. With grilled artichokes. A great way to celebrate Eastern!

Today March 17 is Sicily celebrating the saint San Guiseppe when each village bake this fiesta. Tomorrow every one is welcomed to eat, I will be first !
